‘Greenhouse’ ideation hub

An Executive Briefing Centre in the heart of downtown Singapore.
Serving clients from around the region, DVSI helped Deloitte deliver their state-of-the-art ‘Greenhouse’ ideation hub.
With the entrance to the hub at the end of a long corridor, DVSI’s Singapore design team created a high impact jungle themed immersive walkway, with hanging greenery and digital displays on either side. As the visitor enters the walkway, so the jungle audio track begins and in time with their movement a kaleidoscope of digital butterflies sweeps across each screen in turn, revealing key elements of the client narrative.
As they approach the end of the corridor, a raging digital waterfall flips into a personalised welcome message. The whole immersive corridor is controlled by the network hosted DVSI Conversar CMS platform, capable of synchronizing timed media across multiple displays.
Inside the Greenhouse hub are 3 inter-connectable meeting areas, sharing 1 flexible multi-system collaboration system – made up of a total of 6 x interactive 85” Prysm displays on trolleys.
Different meeting types require different combinations of room space, furniture and collaboration techniques. Using the Prysm synthesis solution; interactive content, presentations, demos and video conferencing can be easily shared between screens, rooms and with remote participants.
The space hosts multiple clients every week, so the ability for the client to quickly adapt the content using the online CMS ensures that content is always relevant and fresh.
To support this, DVSI has also set up a remote tour function, enabling video and audio feeds across the facility to be linked for any room set up. Using an interactive tablet the host can select between separate and linked audio and video zones, using AI enabled tracking to follow participants and ensure the highest quality VC transmission.
